rachelmustofende asked: If you don't like robins about charity donations . . . why not just not post it? You don't have to post everything that's submitted.

hiddenjumprope asked: It's not nice to guilt people and act superior because they "have the money". You don't know if they have the money, what they do or do not donate that you do not know about. It's not nice, and I am getting sick of seeing this all the time from this site. Yes I get people want to complain, but I think it's petty and a bit of a "I'm better than you"...

Guys, seriously.
I really don’t care if you donate and you don’t have to justify it to me why you don’t. I also don’t care if you’re a huge shame-spitting dragon of jerkiness and feel the need to claim anyone who can shop can donate.  No. I do think you guys care WAAAAAY too much what other people think about you.  Who cares if some asshole gives you a dirty look for not donating to...

zombiehearts asked: I really feel that it should be illegal to ask someone if they want to donate like that. I'm selfish. I don't want to spend my money on something I don't know. Especially after finding out so much lately about shady charities. It's not fair to the customer to be put on the spot and it's not fair for the robin to be put on the spot. It's an overall unfair situation...

rainboppar asked: the donations thing is kind of a two-way street. if the customer doesn't want to donate, then the robin should be understanding. if asking for donations is mandatory, then the customer should be understanding as well.

gurlichangedmyurl asked: There's been a lot of Robins talking about the aggravation of asking for donations. Customers have NO OBLIGATION to donate just because you ask. If a customer donated every time a cashier asked them, they'd be giving up a lot of money. Hell, they could have just donated at the last store. Don't take your frustration out on the customers because you're tired of asking the...
