I work at a local coffee shop and had customers complain today because the coffee is a couple of hours old. they said “well at Tim Horton’s (a chain restaurant in up here New York, sort of like a Dunkin’ Donuts) they throw out coffee if it’s 20 minutes old.” first, why not just go there if that’s what you like? second, this is a local business. we can’t afford to throw out coffee every 20 minutes like the LARGE CORPORATE CHAIN. and last, why be a snob? coffee is coffee. unless it’s like a day old, then it’s gross. people did this to me at Walgreens…”well CVS has THIS, Rite Aid does THIS.” THEN GO THERE IF IT’S SO MUCH BETTER.
